We have achieved this by partnering with various financing banks and agencies with a keen interest in assisting the less privileged population in southern Africa. FGI Property Trading is a wholly black female-owned company.
We currently have an operational presence in Gauteng. FGI Property Trading has successfully provided residential developments in various sectors of the property market from affordable housing for the lower income earners to serviced stands and completed sectional title units for the middle-income market. We handle all aspects of property development, including purchasing, rezoning, and the construction of top structures undertaken by FGI Property Trading.
FGI Property Trading has over 23 years of experience in commercial office space leasing, and tendering for government tenants and has also concluded deals for over 60 000m² of office space.
FGI Property Trading also has a vast network of retail tenants to fill the needs of retail landlords nationally.
